It is our joy to encourage ministries that are using ESL (English Second Language) as an outreach to those that want to learn English. This is a great opportunity to reach Hispanics – to teach them English, to connect them in a ministry, and to lovingly care for their entire family. Here we encouraged an ESL ministry in Hanover, PA.
