On May 16, 2019 the Lord blessed our son and daughter-in-law with a precious baby girl, Sophia Grace! We rejoice in this very special blessing added to our family.

Our “summer sons” (college students that stayed with us for two summers) recently graduated from college and grad school. We are grateful to be able to be a part of their lives as they prepare for service to the Lord!

In April 2019 we were able to briefly visit with fellow BCP missionaries, Paul and Janet Robinson, who are faithfully serving the Lord in Camden, NJ.

Herb preached in chapel at El Seminario Bautista de Peru in Trujillo, Peru as well as in several churches. It was a special blessing to participate in this ministry trip the first few weeks in April 2018.

In April 2019 Herb was able to accompany Bruce Burkholder (director of Editorial Bautista Independiente – the Spanish translation department of Baptist Mid-Missions), to minister in Trujillo and Lima, Peru. Here Herb is preaching in chapel at the seminary in Trujillo, Peru.

When Wanda spoke at a Ladies’ Tea for the Spanish ministry of Tri-City Baptist Church in Westminster, CA in November 2018, she was blessed to have her Mom and sister also attend the special event.
